Why is this one a BLACK bellied Plover JJ, ’cause its belly ain’t black?
Haha! It’s true. They don’t have black bellies this time of the year. Their breeding plumage is completely different. Unfortunately, they aren’t here during their breeding time so I’ve never seen them this way!
