I’ve been enjoying the Lesser Goldfinches that have taken over my backyard the last few months. I thought that I should paint one.
I still keep feeling that my watercolors don’t reflect the constant movement of birds, so I’ve been trying out different techniques to try to capture that feeling. I think that this splatter effect works well.
