I’ve never heard the term micron outlines before, but I really like this effect! Great image of these gulls.

Microns are a brand of ink pen. They are used frequently in watercolor sketching because they don’t bleed when wet. People have a tendency to use the term micron as a verb, an adjective, and a noun. Hope that clears up any confusion! 🙂
